Urbanstone is a Canadian manufacturing company that produces modular architectural cast stone and aged brick privacy wall & fence systems. Our patented manufacturing process allows use to create thin wall dual sided design architectural panels of exception strength, durability and beauty.
All components are fabricated from a High Performance Cementitious Composite (HPCC) developed specifically for the harsh Canadian climate using advanced polymeric reinforcement. This HPCC composite design utilizes two forms of polymeric reinforcement embedded in a high
density /
high strength SCC concrete matrix. This composite design eliminates
spalling failure due to steel rusting which can deteriorate concrete in
the Canadian climate. The result is a significantly extended appearance
and economic life span approximately 3X that of wood. The high durable
composition truly provides a maintenance free material that does not
warp, rot, peel, fade or rust and will maintain its appearance far
longer than wood, vinyl or steel. The high density of the HPCC creates a
highly effective sound barrier far superior to what wood or vinyl are
able to achieve.
Our innovative & patented moulding process allows for a highly detailed
and aesthetic DUAL sided design in all components in keeping with the
stone or brick facades used in many buildings. The offset moulding
process in the Fencestone also eliminates horizontal sight lines
enhancing the realistic random ledge stone appearance. The non fading
integral colours can be further enhanced with secondary hues through the
application of custom mineral silicate tinting after installation.
